Michael came out to see if a wall/chimney we are looking to take down was load bearing/decorative. He came out to us promptly and was thorough in checking for us. He then sent us a summary in a timely fashion. Throughout he was helpful!

Michael was great from the start. I had contractors remove ground floor chimney which I was told an engineer has checked. However was then told the chimney above in the bedroom needs to come out too. I was then told the full stack needs to come out which the neighbour wasn’t happy with. I reached out to Michael who has been supporting me every step of the way. From putting me in contact with other contractors, speaking to the neighbour and sourcing the brackets. He makes time to answer any questions. If you want an engineer invested in your project, supports you with solutions,he is the guy!

Michael met me at the house and carried out a full survey. He provided a report and floor plan within 2 weeks. There were a few typo's in the report that we needed to sort out but he was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
