We sincerely apologise we let you down, our handyman had over run on the day due to an unforeseen issue on the previous job that could not be left unattended. We rang to say we were running late but still within our given arrival window of 1pm to 4pm but may not be able to complete all the jobs due to a potential lack of time. The client was not happy with this so cancelled the appointment. We take great pride in what we do and are very sorry we let you down on this occasion.

We are very sorry you feel this way, but we would like to set the record straight. The tenant booked this work in directly not the landlady hence taking the tenants card details. We completed the 3 doorknobs on the first visit with no problem. The tenant requested a quote for some shelves which on returning to fit where nothing like the original request hence the requote and price. The tenant did not pay for the original visit after many requests for payment so under company policy the money was withdrawn. We take our work very seriously and will always strive to provide a great service within the bounds of reasonable communication.
