  Full Garden Landscaping

Really happy with the work Ben and Gez from BJE Property Maintenance have done for us. We wanted a full garden transformation: removing the old concrete slabs, preparing the area properly, laying porcelain tiles and setts, new turf and installing a pergola. It was a decent-sized job and we’re really pleased with the result. Ben was quick to respond from the first enquiry and helpful during planning. We took a while choosing tiles, setts and the overall design, but he was patient, answered our questions and came back out once we had decided everything to check details and provide the quote. Ben also gave useful advice on layout, drainage and making the design work properly in the space. During the job, both he and Gez were friendly, easy to deal with and kept us informed. They handled extra issues as they came up, including drainage, and cut neatly around the shed base for a better finish. The weather made things difficult at times, but they worked around it and got the job finished. The before-and-after difference is massive, and the finished garden is exactly what we had pictured. Nice lads, reasonably priced and clearly care about doing a good job. Would happily recommend BJE.

Artificial grass installation and plant border

Our garden was previously very tired looking but is now modern and something we can be proud of! The work was completed quickly and we’re really pleased with the results.

We needed an area of old wooden decking replaced with something maintenance free

We decided to have the decking replaced with something maintenance free and the rotten and unsafe wood was replaced with Cotswold stone and sleepers which looks great. Really pleased with the new look and would definitely use this company again.
