I don’t live in Liverpool currently and needed a new electrical certificate. From the word go I was confident I had selected the right man for the job. John was really engaging, polite and, from a communication perspective, called or messaged when he said he would. He was patient and took lots of the worry away by liaising with our tenant so he could complete the job around their availability and in a timely manner. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Excellent service, kept us informed of when he'd be here, was right on time, work carried out quickly and cleanly, left no mess, nothing was too much. I couldn’t find an electrician and John came out straight away. Super efficient, came in, problem found, job done and away. No mess or hassle. Brilliant guy.
