Very efficient, turned up two days after first contact. Did the job efficently and at good value

Great communication from making the booking to the friendliness of the engineer and describing what could be causing the problem. It could have been a number of things that could cause this issue as explained by the engineer. He did spot a water leak on the stop tap which he fixed. This solved the problem and have had no more noise since. Great work

Very professional and knowledgeable. The quotation was detailed and explained each and every step well. The job was done as planned and within the stipulated time. I had to chase them a bit for the quote, however, this takes nothing away from my wonderful experience with Ben and his team.
