Bálint was extremely helpful! I highly recommend.
Bálint was extremely helpful in solving the issue of the spider mites! He educated me on their behaviours, where they come from and how to deal with them. Extremely polite, punctual and respectful! He sent me his location so that I could track him in real time so I know when he would arrive. He went above and beyond to eradicate the problem and helped me ensure that my home will be spider mite free. I highly recommend him, his work was so professional and helpful!! Excellent end to end experience
Fast response to my query with a follow up phone call, prompt booking of an appointment and then a follow up visit two weeks later. He was efficient and thoroughly investigated the issue, taking the time to carefully explain the procedure he would be following to me. Best pest control used
Excellent service from BKV services, plenty of information provided ahead of the treatment to help me prepare the rooms. Killed all the bed bugs and also installed the bug monitors, provided me the tips to prevent bed bugs in the future as well.
