New ceiling and spot lights

Plastering walls and ceiling throughout the whole of the 1st floor
Ive used Blackhawk for plastering on multiple properties now. Very easy to work with, good at working with/around other trades. Polite and great communicators, a pleasure to deal with.

Alterations to pitched roof and re-render of property
Very positive and helpful service from Greg and Steve. We had to undertake this exterior work in December as we had water coming into the house, despite the weather making things difficult the guys were there to push it on and get it sorted. Great communication and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend!

Replacement of exterior timber facia's
I have used Blackhawk Property Services Ltd before and was extremely pleased with the work done. This time was no exception. Greg, Steve and their team worked very hard, were friendly and tidy and the standard of their work was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use their services again.

Some plumbing as part of a kitchen refit and an emergency call out
We were re-fitting our kitchen and Andy came out and disconnected the sink and other pipework before returning after the plastering to re-connect. In addition, he came and sorted the central heating after I inadvertently drained the system. Saturday call out within the hour. Impressive
