Excellent service. Promptly responded to my work query, very competitive prices and the work was done within a couple of days. The job took longer than expected with a few issues with existing plumbing work but all done professionally and to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

The engineer from Black Lotus Plumbing and Electrical Ltd turn up exactly on time (to the minute). He had requested photos of the leaky cistern prior to agreeing the job. Therefore he turned up with the parts that may have been required. Mine and his assessment were correct. He fixed the cistern, cleaned up the area all within the hour. Very impressed with the outcome, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Black Lotus to others.

Very impressed with the prompt service, friendly guy, clean and tidy. Obviously knew what he was doing. I liked the upfront total cost, rather than a possible amount depending on this and that. This guy came to look at the job and only then quoted. He was a lovely person, chatty when approached but not intrusive.
