  Lintel Installation

  Blackstone Developments were quick to respond to my request for a quotation for a new lintel to be retrofitted above a window, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, including clearing up nicely after the work was completed.

  Lean too/timber side extension

  Outstanding work by Joe and his team on our wooden lean too/side extension. Joe and his team quoted us for two days work on the structure against the house. They not only completed the job to a high standard but stayed late to finish it properly - and even knocked a bit off the labour cost! A really honest and appreciated gesture with Christmas fast approaching! They were extremely courteous throughout, especially considering we had a newborn in the house, and the site was left very clean and tidy upon completion! Highly recommend these guys! Professional, reliable, honest.

  Garage conversion

  When looking for a tradesman I want quick clear communication and proactive ideas to help me achieve the desired outcome…Joe and his team delivered on all of the above when I engaged them to adapt my garage to accommodate solar panels and a Air Source Heat Pump…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joe and his team…Thanks guys

  Kitchen Renovation

  We used Blackstone Developments for our new kitchen space and are so happy we did! They supplied & installed our kitchen aswell as carrying out the renovation of the kitchen area. Joe was great in helping us design the kitchen and went out of his way to keep us up to speed throughout the whole process. We are over the moon with our new kitchen & would happily recommend Joe & the team to anyone wanting work done!

  New kitchen works in barn conversion

  Joe and his team carried out works to our house by stripping out the original kitchen and adapting the facade to include a new window. New acoustic boarding and insulation was added to the double height party wall and plastering and decs were carried out throughout the kitchen area along with plumbing and electrics for the kitchen. Our house is a barn conversion with lots of exposed timber so it was not a straight forward job. All of their works were done well and at a good price.
