Blakebuild completed a rear extension for us, taking out a wall, extending our dining room, changing the old kitchen into a utility/downstairs toilet and adding on a new kitchen. They also laid a new patio for us. All work was completed within the time frame quoted. Reece and his team were polite and good at communicating what was going on when. We were kept informed of all developments and given advice as needed. The quote provided was clear and detailed. We did have costs added to the origional quote, but all was discussed before hand. They made our build as smooth as possible.

Reece and the team are professional and incredibly personable. They knocked out a wall and filled a side door up to make our living room open plan, they also fitted us a new kitchen. They did an excellent job and by doing so we also got them to rip out and relay our decking. Nothing was too much of an ask and they always tidied up after leaving for the day! We felt safe leaving them with our keys while we moved out during the works. I have recommended to all my friends who are having work done & definitely would get them to do any future work we have planned! Big thanks to you all!

Blakebuild recently carried out a rear single storey extension and conversion of existing kitchen into toilet/utility room. I cannot rate Blakebuild highly enough, the quote was highly detailed, clear and reasonable in terms of costs. The communication was second to none, Reece set up a WhatsApp group which was a nice touch. All the Blakebuild employees including sub contractors were friendly, respectful and carried out all work to a very high standard. Work was also done on schedule and to expected budget. I will be using Blakebuild on my next project and would highly recommend them.

Blakebuild conducted an internal structural remodelling, removing a wall and extending into the garage as well as installing a new kitchen to create a large kitchen-diner space. We could not be happier with the results and their work from start to finish. From the clarity and detail of the initial quote, to delivering on time and on budget, their professionalism was first rate. They helped us make informed decisions and advised on solutions. Their team were all really nice, helpful and highly competent. Would not hesitate to recommend, an excellent, highly skilled and professional company!

These guys are the real deal. Reece (and his team) are proper professionals, he takes time with the quotations and guided us through the process (which included spending time working on a redesign than ultimately saved us £1000s). The team were really friendly, take pride in their work (some world class bespoke carpentry) and really made us feel at ease (it’s full on having builders in for 3+ months but they were very considerate of our home and space).

This was the second time we had Blakebuild to do work for us and once again they were a pleasure to work with. They were able to fit in our job to work around our timeframes, were punctual, communicated well throughout and kept us consulted on any decision points throughout the work. Work was completed to a great standard as before and they have been quick to respond to and resolve any snagging. Would highly recommend.
