Carried out the job at short notice, arrived at agreed appointment time, didn’t leave any mess, new shower fitted and working within an hour. Very happy with service provided ??

Jermaine completed the work to a high standard and cleaned up after himself.

Jerome is a competent plumber who was able to quickly identify the leak for the bathtub (degraded silicon on the overflow) and resolve it without problems. Unfortunately he wasn't able to completely resolve the shower as that requires tiling expertise however he did a good job at trying to reseal the shower and then checking that the seal had worked (it didn't as leak was from elsewhere). Thank you Jerome!

Absolutely fantastic in terms of the time it took to contact me, the willingness to get the job completed and to the highest standard in terms of the work carried out. I can see why they are a 10/10!

Phoned yesterday, came out the same day. Very friendly and professional. Realised another part was needed so arrived early the next day (today). Issue now resolved, very pleased. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
