  Door Fitting / Hanging

plane down some doors. Also: straighten some kitchen cabinet doors and install a curtain rail

Great guy! Arrived when he said he would, with all of the equipment that he needed. Planed all my doors (they had stopped shutting after we had thick carpet fitted) and then agreed to stay for a bit longer to sort out lots of small snags in my flat, including working out how to fit a complicated ikea room divider my daughter wanted into the space.

  Bespoke Carpentry

I couldn't be happier with the bespoke alcove cabinets and wardrobes built by BLC Carpentry. From our initial design consultation to the final installation, their attention to detail and communication were second to none. They expertly navigated the quirks of my older property and left the space immaculate. Highly recommend!

  A job well done…

We needed 2 days of carpentry work to obtain an urgently required local authority building certificate. The previous work on the staircase was not up to standard plus an extra fire door was required. Luckily we found Lucian’s details and he had 2 free days before starting a large job. The quality of work was great and he left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. He’s also a thoroughly nice guy who cares about his work.

  Attention to detail, excellent craftmanship

Lucian is a pro! Came to my house, we talked about the work that i needed done. Even though i had two other quotes that were cheaper, i decided to go with him. His attention to detail when i was explaining the work that i needed done, was the decisive factor. Overall i am very pleased with the result. The doors and floor work is impeccable. Highly recommended!

  Skilled, trustworthy, and highly recommended

Lucian is a very skilled carpenter, and a man of integrity, who loves what he does. A rare find nowadays. He worked in my flat for three separate days, which gave me a chance to see how he operates. His attention to detail is outstanding, and every piece of work was finished to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a quality tradesmen.
