Checkatrade forwarded my job to this company but they don't offer the service I required, which was simply to fit some carpet I am purchasing elsewhere. It's not their fault I suppose but very frustrating that Checkatrade selected them as one of my three. Looking at their website I wouldn't have contacted them directly TBH. It would have been helpful and polite if the reply I received from Blenheim Flooring had given some suggestions as to who else I could contact. I was left feeling like if I couldn't afford their carpet ( I can't) I wasn't worth helping.

A nice family run company made me feel welcome brought the samples to my home nicely fitted and hoved up afterwards

Excellent service from start to finish, everything explained clearly and works carried out as agreed. Very pleased with quality of flooring supplied and excellent prompt and professional fitting service. We will definitely use them again and have recommended to friends.

I could not recommend them anymore they where outstanding. All very professional, punctual, got the job done to a high standard and explained everything . From start to finish very organised and contactable throughout . I love all my floors !!

Very competitively priced with a high standard of work completed. Very courteasous staff, clean and friendly. Price information was very accurate I would highly recommend them again.
