The engineer Craig is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, working diligently to get our system up and working, as well as upgrading what we had with patience and ease. Craig has become a reliable and trusted ally when it comes to our intruder alarm requirements and can just be left to do what he knows to be the right solution - big shout out to Craig - thanks!!
