Second time I've used Robert and highly recommend him. He gave me a time slot, messaged when he was in the way. He replaced the leaking pipe behind my machine with a replacement pipe he had. There was no having to return with parts required. He has always fixed my issues on the day in the slot he first arrives. Robert gave excellent service. His quote was very reasonable, he came on time, carried out the work agreed, and did not charge for unexpected extra work required to gain access to the washing machine which was inside a wardrobe, even though I suggested that he should charge extra for this. On first telephone contact I could tell Robert was the man for the job. Very polite, personable and not pushy! I read his reviews and booked him immediately. Everything written about him was true, he turned up on time, was polite and worked efficiently to get the repair completed at a reasonable price.
