Dreadful customer service
If you want your drains sorting, don't contact Blockage Busters Ltd. Contact someone who isn't going to promise a visit between a 2 hour period and then just doesn't turn up. According to the plumber who contacted us an hour later, the person on the phone often takes bookings without even checking with the people doing the work. The actual plumber said he would get in touch with the *phone* person and ring us back, 25 hours we are still waiting. Blocked sewage pipe
