Danger - Refused Electrical Installation Certificate
They have refused to send me an Electrical Installation Certificate for the work that they did a couple of years ago. They claim it is on their old software and no longer have access to it which doesn't sound right. Because we are selling our house we have had to pay for indemnity insurance for our buyers, and risk losing the sale if they are not happy with this. It is a shame because the workman was very pleasant at the time and the job was very neatly done. House rewire
Extremely happy with the work undertaken by James and his team (special mention for Jack, who is a real asset). They did a complete rewire on our renovation project, which involved returning at various stages. Communication was always good. Replacing main consumer unit and replacing garage loft lights and installing 2 additional lights
Your man Jack was excellent and I am sure is a great asset to your firm. He was on time, polite, friendly and efficient. He just got on with the work with the minimum of fuss. Compared to the average tradesman he was way above average. A good lad.
