    Quoting process was simple and speedy, I was kept informed of dates and times for removal, and the company turned up on time to remove the shed. They were polite and tidy and we were very pleased with the work done.

    They responded very quickly to my request and provided a quotation which I accepted. They then gave me a date and were here even quicker than expected. They did a quick tidy job and were extremely courteous and left the area completely tidy . Their "paperwork" and bill was totally acceptable and I'd be very happy to use Blue A again.

    The company was courteous and helpful, and kept me informed by email. I originally contacted them by phone on 31 August but I felt disappointed that they could not stick to the original time of 11am on 11 September. Staff sickness forced them to cancel this appointment and not until nearly a week later were they able to collect the tank - ordinarily this wouldn't have mattered but as I live in a block of flats with communal gardens there was always the chance of neighbours complaining. Fortunately this didn't happen.

    This company were great from start to finish. Everything was done in a timely fashion. I was kept clearly informed throughout the process and it was easy to get hold of someone when I had a query. Everyone I met was respectful and professional, and knowledgeable about asbestos. The team on site were personable and easy to work with - un-phased by unexpected problems that occurred throughout. I would highly recommend this company.
