    The job was done well. The locksmith responded very quickly, gave the work the appropriate time, was happy to go back and make a change when I changed my mind, and cleaned up very thoroughly. He was a very pleasant presence in the house.

    Ben was in touch with me within 10 minutes of my post. He offered to come out that evening but, as it was my daughter's house, it wasn't necessary.     Ben attended a property for me in Shrewsbury Town Centre on a Friday night and replaced two door locks on short notice. Ben was able to go out really quickly, replace the locks onsite and provide new keys to our guests. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again at our other properties.

    Ben called within a few minutes of me making an enquiry on Checkatrade with further details on price and what he can do etc..... I booked Ben for the job. He called before to confirm time he would be at the property. Very professional service and with a smile, Ben was courteous, tidy and also did another lock for us whilst he was here. I would certainly recommend and use Ben again.
