Thoroughly Reliable
Arrived on time ( always a "plus!") and discussed work to be done ( and he decided just on the one lock needed replacing) and quietly got on with the job with just one short break which I initiated. Fully explained the new new lock's system and its working thoroughly cleared away the working area when finished. Lock fits perfectly and gives much higher security than the previous. Would certainly contact him again if I needed a replacement elsewhere or to any friend or neighbour.Job location: SY7
