Appalling service. Engineer came to fix the shower thermostat. He said it was fixed and there was nothing wrong with the cartridge. I was charged £102 (standard 1 hour call out charge) based on the fact the job was complete and he said "I've tested it and it is working fine". Checked the work in the morning and nothing had changed. Engineer had clearly not tested and checked his work. Response to complaint was shocking. Plenty of other reputable firms in the area you can pick from.

Great service, fitted me in last minute for a gas safety and boiler service at my rental. Will be using Bluebell again!.
