Faulty sockets

Professional, knowledgeable, calm and respectful
This was a major piece of work for me (but probably not for him!) in that my kitchen in my new home was being redone and the electrics needed to be upgraded, so I was nervous. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, calm and respectful and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with him as I progress with redoing the rest of the house. He came to see the space before he quoted, and he contacted me before he started the works to run through his thinking and plans. That made me feel confident.
