Boiler service that lead to new boiler installation
10Verified ReviewI required a boiler service, Andy came out and whilst reviewing to do boiler service discovered that my boiler was in a poor state. Andy explained the options / costs to do a repair that would be short lived or install a new boiler. I decided to go ahead and Andy installed a new boiler, 2 days later, worked from 1700 to 2200, plus he went above and beyond and fixed the external vent. I was very grateful as we had a cold snap. Highly recommend Andy, he will be my ‘ go to’ plumber from now on. Thanks Andy

Andy managed to fix it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him next time I have need of a heating engineer. Great service- very pleased.

10Verified ReviewWhen our boiler went down yesterday, Andy was here in less than 5 minutes. Now to manage expectations as that has to be a world record in terms of call out - when I called Andy, he’d just by chance finished serving my neighbours boiler but that had to be one major coincidence. He diagnosed the issue with one of our radiators really quickly and had us back up and running in no time! We’ve never had our boiler serviced since moving in 1.5 yr ago, so he popped around the next day to do that. He explains everything clearly and concisely and will certainly be back to help us!
