Stuart responded immediately to the request and booked in very quickly. Turned up on time and was very personable and very easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing even the faults he found. Quickly realized we had an unsafe appliance and suggested we forego the service as the unit was unfit for use. So not ideal news but he could have charged us for the service still. Really nice guy and would have more work done by them.
