If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Before the sale, everything seemed professional. Tom came to my home, provided a quote, and gave all the assurances you would expect from a reputable company. The sales pitch was polished, professional, and convincing. Unfortunately, once the contract was signed, payment was made, and the air conditioning units were installed, it felt as though I no longer mattered as a customer. Upon using checkatrade to check what companies would be interest in providing us a quote for AC quote, I was contacted quickly by Blue Flame to discuss what I am looking for etc. Within 2 days, we’ve had salesman to explain the prices, units and process. Upon agreed units and quote, we’ve had engineers with units within 3 days. Would recommend this company with 100% honesty !

Neil came round and did our quote, he was friendly, helpful and professional. Got our quote a few hours later, which was competitive with other quotes and included free servicing. Max and Mark did our install, they were friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient completing the work ahead of schedule, leaving no mess. Would absolutely recommend to friends or family.

From initial contact , through to site visit , quotation and subsequent installation I found this company to be both professional and efficient. The installation team of Rob and Lewis were great , clean , tidy , very polite and courteous…it was a pleasure to have them here . I can thoroughly recommend this company
