Do not buy a boiler from this company

Brilliant Boiler Installation and Great Value
I recently had my boiler installed by Blue Flame Energy Solutions and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The price was very competitive, the installation was completed to a really high standard, and everything was done neatly and professionally. What really stood out, though, was the operations team. They were organised, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything completely stress‑free. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great workmanship and great communication, but Blue Flame managed both. I’d happily recommend them to anyone!Job location: DY80 Central Heating

⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ⚠️ (Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to leave a review.) On May 25, we had our boiler replaced by BlueFlame. What should have been a straightforward installation turned into an absolute nightmare. The engineer they sent caused extensive damage to our home (see attached photos). To give you just a glimpse: - Underfloor heating system damaged - Oily water leaked everywhere - Sofa ruined - Door damaged - Cabinets destroyed - Flooring left scratched and marked And this isn’t even the full list... Boiler Replacement
Urgently needed a boiler replacement and was guaranteed by the salesman that if I booked and paid the deposit that day, they could install the new boiler the following Monday. When Monday came, no one showed up and when I contacted the company, they indicated they didn’t actually have any availability for at least another week. I asked for a refund instead and they confirmed that it would be processed immediately. Two weeks have passed, the refund still hasn’t arrived and when I phoned to ask about it, I was assured someone would call me back and they obviously did not. Boiler Installation/ servicing
