Booked a job in with this company,sent them a message with my address.I had to take a morning off work to stay at home,they never showed up and then said that they had not taken a booking.I sent them a screenshot of the booking and they wouldn’t reply,absolute nightmare trying to deal with this person,would not recommend to anyone.

Really fast response with replies and actual visit. Happy to talk about what the fault was and to explain the circumstances of the issue as well as what I can do to prevent any recurrence. Really happy with the service.

A one off service was requested due to part exchanging our property to the builders. The work was done quickly and efficiently. left the boiler area very clean. Came back the following week with a service record to satisfy the builder. Thanks for your work

Turned up earlier than expected carried out the work required to a good standard. Very clean and considerate in my home. Explained everything perfectly too.
