On time,great job, good price, friendly and helpful 10/10

Very quick response, called because my boiler had lost pressure. Rick explained why it had possibly happened and what to do in the future. He also serviced the boiler for us whilst he was here. He left no mess at all. I will definitely be using his services again in the near future and recommending him to friends and family, cheers.

Rick quickly highlighted a problem that others had not been able to find and fixed it very quickly. Was so pleased with the service I received, I will be using Rick for all my boiler services in the future

Came 2 months ago to fix my boiler. It has now been running better that it has in a long time . Would recommend and use again when it's service time .

Called round within an hour. Checked all the radiators for leaks (none found). Then took look at boiler and identified the issue within seconds. Fixed it then and there. No more pressure drops on the gauge. Odd that another company "serviced" the boiler the day before and hadn't spotted something that Richard found immediately....
