Mohammed messaged me on the day to advise his estimated arrival time which was appreciated. Whilst I'd selected the 8-12 time slot at point of booking it was helpful knowing when he'd be arriving. He also requested that I have my boiler documents at hand, again useful in terms of the requirements in advance. He was friendly, respectful of my property, clean in his workmanship ensuring that he, tidied the areas he was working in. He was friendly and clearly enjoys his work. I'm a very happy first time customer, would recommend and use his services again!

Safir carried out some plumbing work in my shower today. I contacted him and he was very helpful & did the work on the same day. He informed me beforehand and arrived on time. He was very professional, neat and tidy, and explained the problem clearly before carrying out the work. He did an excellent job and I’m very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend Safir.

Blue flames heating and plumbing replied to the job I posted immediately. They came out on the same day which was a Sunday to look and what needed doing and to quote. They kept me up to date as to what time they would arrive and came and quoted a reasonable price for the work. We decided the next day to hire them and glad we did. The job was bigger than first thought but they just got on and did it and tidied up after themselves. It involved a lot of work in tight spaces under the floorboards but was kept up to date with photographs. Would definitively hire again if needed in the future.

Communicated arrival time beforehand, friendly and prompt while carrying out the service, paperwork completed and provided on site. No fuss. Would 100% recommend.

Engineer was friendly and helpful. Found a gas leak and quickly arranged for this to be fixed within an hour.
