Initially this company was good with communication, however on removal day they forgot to bring items from storage so we had to book an alternative date for them to deliver, the employees were very friendly however we were left to move many of the boxes into the appropriate rooms ourselves even though the boxes were labelled. The company lost a piece of a bed which meant that it couldn’t be put together, they also lost another valuable and sentimental item which I have been trying to get in touch with them about for the past 3 months but they refuse to answer the phone, emails or messages.

Did nothing well. Put furniture into storage but didn’t inform me of the damage they had caused to a sofa, dining table and chairs and mattress. Didn’t respond to emails. Would not recommend

What a great service. They moved us to our new home with ease and consideration. The were polite and courteous, asking where we wanted things to go. The 3 guys luke, Q and stephan worked ready hard and had a long day. Would recommend them to everyone. Thankyou Blue Jay Removals.

The guys arrived promptly on time and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating during the day. We had a full house removal from one property and some further items from a 2nd. They were really flexible and managed everything in one trip! Really appreciated and made the move stress free.

Blue Jay spread the move over two days, which significantly eased the stress on the actual moving day. Up to four operatives and three removal van's were used. We had a triple length wardrobe that the staff had to dismantle to move, this was completed and reassembled with super efficiency at our new home. All employees were clearly experienced, hard working and caring. We would strongly recommend them as first choice. Kevin and Linda

The guys who did the removal were polite and extremely hard working. They dealt with everything in a professional way.
