  Unrivalled alarm installations and service

  I have been using Bluelight now for approximately 8 years during which time installations have been completed in 2 properties. Gary and Ben are always extremely responsive and helpful often attending within 24 hours and resolving any issues on the same day. The yearly service fee is value for money and an excellent product. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

  Alarm system, with sensors

  Ben visited for consultation and quote, A really nice guy, discussed what system to install and a quote was given. A very reasonable quote. Great communication over the next few days to arrange insulation. I needed to cancel at short notice and they were very understanding and arranged for following day. Garry and Des were my fitters. Again, lovely guys. Contacted on the day with time schedule ect. Arrived, fitted the system with no hassle to me at all, so neat and tidy. Hardly knew they were here. Showed me the system and how to work it along with the app. Highly recommend

  Alarm resetting

  Orange light came on after we’d changed broadband providers. No way of resetting via the app, so called Ben and he had one of his guys knocking at our door within 10mins. Been using Ben and Bluelight for years now. Very capable and pleasant workforce. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend

  Alarm system installation and service on my system

  I use blue light alarms to service my alarm system and they are always on time very helpful and do a great job Just had them fit an alarm system for my son and again they went the extra mile great system great price and all there engineers are top quality and a pleasure to have in your house Would recommend them to anyone looking to have a system fitted or serviced Great company great engineers great prices

  Faulty alarm

  Second time I have contacted Bluelight S.S. and although late evening immediate response. The fault was diagnosed over the phone and rectified immediately. Ben was very professional and clear in his instructions so I was able to resolve the problem.
