  Just had Jonathan back for two weeks of odd jobs. Amazingly efficient as always. He has replaced a garden fence trellis, extended the patio, cleaned the guttering, installed a sun tube and fixed a radiator mounting. As we found with our previous two extensions, he does an impeccable job, he is very pleasant to deal with and he is professional at all times. We would have no hesitation recommending him for any diy/building jobs.

• Bathroom extension

  Jonathan was brilliant from start to finish of our bathroom extension. Really clear communication, and the standard of his work is impeccable. We felt he cared about every detail and the finish of the bathroom is beautiful. Jon managed all other contractors so kept us stress free and all contractors matched Jon’s high standards. Jon is also really tidy and left the house clean at the end of each day. Best of all Jon was a pleasure to have around, which was important for us as we have two young children. Great builder.

• Replace rotted joists which had many pipes and electrical cables running through them..

  Replacing a couple of rotten joists.. sounds easy right? but not when these joists have hot and cold water pipes, flow and return pipes, 2 radiators and all the electrical cables for the house running them.. plus one of the joist was holding up most of the house. I had three other builders come round and all they did was suck in air and tut... only Jon, actually made any effort to actually find out the full extent of the problem and come up with a plan of fixing it, which he did within 5 days. Brillient job Jon.. thank you for your hard work...

• Removal of wall between kitchen and dining room.

  Jonathan carried out several jobs for us, including bricking up an doorway, removing a wall and creating a new doorway to our garage. He was incredibly professional and diligent with his work, cleaning site everyday and consulting on what finishes we are looking for. Jonathan was very flexible in what work we wanted him to carry out or leave, allowing us to manage the build completely and add aspects that we wanted. Great overall service.

• Wall Removal

  Blueprint did an amazing job removing our kitchen wall and putting a steel beam in. They were always on time, friendly and very professional. They managed to stop the dust getting into the rest of house and left everything tidy at the end of each day. I would have no problem recommending them.

  Jonathan was fantastic! He made me the most beautiful dressing room. As well as this, he carried out a wide variety of other jobs such as putting up pictures, rails, hooks, fixing doors, improving door step, fixing drain pipe, fixing lights and much more! He also helped us to unpack and carry boxes straight after we moved into our house! He has been fantastic. We would highly recommend him!
