Fantastic engineer Raphael sorted an emergency issue with the boiler in one of the landlord’s properties. Raphael provided great service from the minute we contacted him until the job was completed! The landlord is very happy with the rapid response and best prices. Recommended engineer and will continue to use Blue Vision Heating services in the future.

My hot water pipe burst, water flooding my bathroom at 9pm at night. Absolute chaos and in complete panic. Raphael came out to my property immediately and restored my hot water and heating. Raphael came back the next day with the required parts. Raphael kept me informed at all times of the issues and solutions, he didn’t make excuses or leave until the job was complete. Raphael kept me updated of his timings and was always transparent in terms of materials he used and why. I will be using this company again.

I was able to get a quote and a slot for the gas safety check very quickly. The trader kept me informed about time of arrival on the day. He checked everything quickly and efficiently. I would happily use his services again.
