First class in every aspect down to an immaculate and flawless professional finish. I could not be more pleased. Tiling is a real skill and Dan most certainly knows his craft with his perfection and attention to detail. Neat and tidy at the end of each day and a pleasure to have in the house and that includes his team. What a find. I can’t rate Dan highly enough. Very professional throughout - in quality of workmanship and in liaising with us (including on timing, pricing etc). So first of all I never give 10’s for anything but I have nothing I can improve on here in terms of the quality of the job, attention to detail and just the general level of professionalism and courtesy Dan and his team extended to me and my home which they left spotless. Communicated well throughout the job, made welcome suggestions, showed flexibility with the inevitable changes in scope and also, importantly were incredibly trustworthy . I had no qualms about leaving them a key and in the house . Oh and they like dogs which is another thumbs up. Bathroom refurbishment in a Victorian property, which threw up some challenges but none that Dan and the team did not take in their stride.
