The Bluewater Plumbing team is brilliant; I can't recommend the team highly enough. They replaced our boiler which was 20+ years old and installed a new highly efficient combi boiler. They also removed the old immersion heater tank. They arrived on time, kept me updated with progress and their attention to detail was brilliant. They clearly are experts. Melis led the comms and he was so great at scheduling the appointments and answering any questions I had. Thank you, Bluewater Plumbing!

Really pleased with our new bathroom first rate job.

I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish I felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy .

I would highly recommend Mel and Jarek, they are very professional and polite, keeping me up to date with all that was happening during the work. They were very quick to respond to any questions that I had, and I am very pleased with the advice that they gave throughout.

Chris from Bluewater plumbing called 20 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, was polite and wearing the appropriate covid face mask. He completed to job quickly (installing an outdoor tap) and competently - he was also kind enough to have a quick look at our boiler that’s been playing up. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
