Bradley was punctual and efficient.He was very patient at helping me by phone to take photos of the problem before he arrived This saved time as he was able to arrive with what was needed for the job ready to start,He explained all the time what was needed and the cost before he started He is a throughly professional plumber but more than that a plumber who responded immediately to a call for help on a warm sunny Sunday afternoon!! Bradley not only came at a time promised he fitted and mended the leaking tap very quickly and effectively.He had asked for photos beforehand to buy all items needed before arrival so no loss of time .Most important to me in all of my dealings with Bradley is he was very patient with my inability with technology.,kind and discussed everything as he went along .Not only is he an excellent plumber but the kind of human that answers a plumbing cry for help on a hot sunny Sunday in summer. well done BradleyVerified reviewerJob location: NR129 Really quick and polite
