    Replacement of joists/flooring

    Gary was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was great from the point of requesting a quote to coming out to complete the job. Gary was really professional, knowledgeable and his pricing was really reasonable. Gary also left the areas where he’d been completing the work spotless. We wouldn’t hesitate contacting him again for future work if needed.

    Guttering/Fascia work

    Job was to insert new vents into the fascia to improve air flow due to damp in bedroom. Turned out there was also a blockage in the guttering which Gary cleared while he was up there. Reasonable price... def try to get Gary next time. Great job done!

    Designing house extension

    We have been very impressed with Tommy's work and professionalism. He listened carefully to what we had in mind for our house extension and worked closely with us to get the drawings just right. We were so grateful for Tommy's patience and understanding with us when a personal issue slowed down our responses to the process. He was very understanding and put no pressure on us. We are so happy to have been guided through the building application process by Tommy as without his advice we wouldn't have a clue what we were doing! I can 100% recommend Tommy - (and have already done so!)
