    Refurbishment of two bathroom Floors

    We are absolutely delighted with the work recently completed by Ben Collings at BMC Homes Limited. He did an outstanding job refurbishing our two bathroom tile floors. Uplifted the original tiles, prepared the subfloor and installed new tiles. The quality of his work is exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will use him again for other projects and Highly recommend his services!

    New bathroom

    BMC Homes created and fitted our new bathroom in January this year. We are delighted with the finished bathroom which was reconfigured to fit two sinks (instead of one) , plus a bath and walk in shower. A cupboard which houses the boiler was removed (and a new boiler fitted in another area) which created a lot more space.

    New downstairs WC

    Ben and his team did a full renovation on our flat earlier in the year and we recently had him back to fit a small WC (in what was previously a cupboard!) downstairs in our house. Great job we're very pleased with it. New plumbing connected and a new link to the drain on the drive which I'm sure was more complicated than they made it look! Thanks again.

    Highly recommend

    Ben and his team fully renovated two of our bathrooms at our house this Spring, and we'd highly recommend them (in fact they will be doing a full downstairs renovation at my elderly mother's house soon). Ben was always tidy, on time, helpful, had some excellent design ideas that we hadn't thought of and overall we were just very impressed. The other tradesmen that worked for him were also excellent and Ben project managed everything. Smooth project from beginning to end - great job - thank you! (My dog and two cats also liked Ben which is always helpful when you have new people in the house!)

    Bathroom tiling

    Ben came to help us out for a last minute tiling job. He is professional, communicated well throughout and we always felt happy having him around in our home. His expertise was apparent from the get go and he has given us a stunning finish to our bathroom. Highly recommend!

    Full flat renovation and bathroom refits

    Great experience with Ben and his team, they renovated my flat which I had recently moved into. New tiled flooring throughout, new carpets in the bedrooms, two new bathrooms (that look a million dollars!) and some new internal doors, painting, skirtings etc done. I would highly recommend them.

BMC Homes was started in 2006 by Ben Collings, a professional builder who has been working in the trade since 1998. Ben wanted to start a building company which was able to provide a friendly, expert service with high standards. We cover Surrey, Kent and London and are able to provide references, liability and employers insurance and also risk assessments.
