    Great job from Ben and team. We had a very old and tired bathroom. Ben and team stripped it out quickly, replastered the walls and ceilings, and then worked through the refurbishment involving the laying of underfloor heating, towel rail, tiling, etc. We are super pleased with the end result. It's like being in a five star hotel and puts some of the rest of our house to shame! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben.

    Ben and his team fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for us over the past month. Ben brought in a number of trades (plumber, electirican, plasterer etc), and project managed the job as well as doing all the building and tiling himself. We were very impressed, the end result is brilliant and Ben helped us design both rooms and had some good ideas. Thank you - highly recommend!

    BMC came round and helped design our bathroom and made sure we had the best use of the space. They took out our old suite, discovered that the walls needed more work than expected to make sure the job was done properly to a high standard. It came with additional cost but they were clear with it before carrying out any work. (We were grateful they were honest enough to make it good instead of chucking in a new suite on poor walls) Always very polite and on time and job was done with very little hassle. Extremely happy with our new bathroom and looking to do our en-suite with them now!

BMC Homes was started in 2006 by Ben Collings, a professional builder who has been working in the trade since 1998. Ben wanted to start a building company which was able to provide a friendly, expert service with high standards. We cover Surrey, Kent and London and are able to provide references, liability and employers insurance and also risk assessments.


We can help you with designing, planning and building, and we project manage the job from start to finish.
