I am very happy with the work undertaken on my garage and house. Billy kept in regular contact and explained everything thoroughly to assist my understanding, also coming back to see me and the work undertaken to ensure I was satisfied. Billy certainly runs a professional service, and I felt my property was respected.

Bm home improvements contacted me promptly billy came out inspected roof/chimney we agreed what needed doing and on a price His men came out replaced ridge tiles & pointing on chimney everything seems ok but we did question the pointing on chimney but billy assured us what needed doing had been done only time will tell We transferred monies as requested and billy said would send out invoices /guarantees for proof of works carried out, alas 3 weeks & several emails/texts/calls later & assurances from billy they would be sent,still no paperwork BMHI seem reluctant to give me proof of repairs
