Great Work
I couldn’t recommend B Millers Building services anymore, they replaced my roof for me and done a fantastic job, the team are very friendly and helpful and would definitively use this company again for any future work i need done

Leaking chimney rain water coming down chimney
Work was done but the leak had not been repaired. Recent bad weather brought rain water down chimney on to gas fire and wall.

New guttering, soffit and fascias
I employed B.Miller building services to put on new guttering, soffits and fascia boards. One of the boards was wonky the correct clips have not been used to pin the pipes to the wall, so pipe has pulled away. It's over 2 months and they have not fixed the work, despite arranging a few dates to come, they didn't show up. The job over-ran, because they didn't have the number of men they said they would have working. Payment terms were deposit to start the work and remainder on completion. Requested payment mid job, didn't give me time to inspect the job and demanded full payment.

Gutter Repair

Leaky gutters and re pointing re cementing my roof tiles.
Gutter fix that was leaking. Then Billy pointed out my tiles need repointing as cement coming out. They came back to fix leaky gutters in places. The repointing was a mistake to give him. He did a terrible job. Cement all over on my tiles and repointing not straight, came back twice to fix but still cement on tiles. His dad said cement mixer wrong and need re doing and need to come out to clean. I would not recommend this company. Upon recontacting Billy to rectify the issue, he promised twice that he would come round to fix it, both times I have been let down and since then heard nothing.

Fixing leaking concrete guttering
the guys were friendly and professional, they came on time and carried out the work to a high standard, they cracked on with minimal fuss and left the area tidy. they even did a bit more that they had to do because they discovered something when doing the initial repair. recommend them very highly
