We had B&M Maintenance renovate a flat in Cheam that we rent out , that was left in an awful state by the previous tenant . New kitchen and bathroom fitted and flat fully decorated. Would highly recommend these guys as they were very polite and easy to deal with , high standard of work and we are extremely happy with the end product.

B & M Maintenance carried out a full refurbishment of our house, taking it right back to brick. The work included a full electrical rewire, installation of a completely new central heating system, a new kitchen with all units and appliances fitted, a new bathroom with tiling and fittings, and replacement of all windows throughout the property. A big job! From start to finish the team were professional, reliable and easy to deal with. Communication was clear and any questions we had were answered promptly. The work has been finished to a high standard and we’re really happy with the result.

I have nothing but good things to say about B and M maintenance. They built our loft conversion and we are so pleased with the results . The team were so polite and skilled and we hardly knew they were here . Thankyou B and M we will definitely be using you for our upcoming extension

We had multiple jobs done by B & M Maintenance in our extension and Garage conversion. All of the works were carried out to the highest standard. The team were punctual, tidy and and very efficient. I would 100% recommend.
