Mr Dunn was great a help today. I contacted him at short notice with a problem I wanted sorting immediately. He contacted me back within about 10 minutes and gave me a price based on pictures of the problem and a description . Once I had agreed on the price he kept in contact to let me know how long he was going to be. Once he got to my house he identified the problem right away. He asked me if I was happy for him to do the work as it may make a little mess . I said to go ahead. Daniel arrived at the time we organised. He was very professional, and carried out the repairs with no fuss and very tidy, very friendly and when asked for advice on another job I need doing he gave me an honest opinion with no pressure to have the job done straight away.
