Job location: RG45Paul has carried out numerous jobs for us in the past, once again he comes up trumps and to the rescue. At short notice Paul supplied and fitted a new Aqualisa rail gripper for our shower. As always Paul was great work, friendly with excellent communication keeping me in the loop and very tidy. Job location: GU46We recently had Matt and his team rip out and fully install a downstairs bathroom as well as an en suite. Matt and his team are extremely professional, hard working and very punctual which is so important to us. We are thrilled with the end result. Matt listened to our ideas and delivered a great end result with the help of others. When products (we purchased) arrived broken, they helped us buy and collect similar items eliminating any worries. Matt and his team were incredibly friendly, professional and diligent. I would highly recommend B&M to anyone looking to get their bathroom done. The quote came with a 3D image on how the new bathroom would look and this made it easier to discuss how we wanted the bathroom to look. Matt and his team were also patient with us when explaining the pros and cons of any design issues which is really appreciated when you are not working within a trade yourself. Arranged a quote from Paul,he came on the arranged time and the price of the job was very reasonable. Within 3 weeks of the Quote,Paul,Michael was here with their team and started the refurbishment. Team was very punctual and not once did they arrive late, the team were friendly, easy to talk to and enjoyed the brews 😁The workmanship was outstanding and carried out to a highly professional standard. The finished job was far better than I expected, the complete package was superb.
