My daughter called me in a panic about a leaking water tank. Berni made immediate contact to discuss what was happening. Although it was late, Berni was there in 15 mins to take a look at the situation. Berni stopped the leak and informed me it was not repairable (tank was over 30 years old, so this was expected and did not come as a surprise) and then provided me with advice and guidance on how to resolve the issue with trade links to new equipment that I bought directly and Berni will come back to install once it arrives. Great service, fair price, fast response and comms. Highly recommend!

I had a new shower tray, enclosure, and aqua board panels fitted and I couldn't be more impressed. Throughout, the communication was fantastic - prompt, clear, and helpful. The installation is the very highest standard and everything has been finished extremely professionally with great attention to detail. Berni went above and beyond, returning the next day to resolve an issue that wasn’t even part of the original job. That showed just how much she cares about her work and customers. Berni was very friendly and an absolute pleasure to have around. I would recommend her to anyone!

Berni contacted me in my hour of need and was so accommodating, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was prompt, polite and her pricing scale was well inside the budget id allowed for the work she carried out after having been given quotes from 30%-50% more.
