Brilliant service
They were very fast to respond to my message, even though it was quite late, the engineer came the next morning and sorted the blocked drain. He was very polite, patient and not patronising even when I asked for him to come back and double check the drain had cleared. Brilliant service, would use again.

Unblocking Drain
My experience with BNE Drainage Services was positive from start to finish. Joseph arrived on time, and was very professional, with uniform and high tech equipment. He resolved the problem with my blocked drain within an hour, and showed me at each stage what he was doing, explaining things very clearly. He unblocked the drain that had been blocked with building debris, then used a harmless green dye to show me that water was flowing freely through the drainage system, and finally flushed the drain through with disinfectant. The service provided by Joseph was exemplary. Thank you Joseph.

To water tight an external drain cover
This was the first time I had used this website, so I was a little apprehensive. BNE contacted me shortly after I posted the job, and three days later, their engineer, Chris, came out to survey the work. After explaining what I needed, Chris came up with a much better solution that avoided replacing the entire drain cover, which would have been considerably more expensive. My experience with Chris was fantastic. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly went out of his way to help me find the best and most cost-effective solution. I would definitely recommend BNE and would happily use them again.
