  Seamless renovation with loft and side extensions

  Our experience with the charming Ben and Sophie, and their team at BNS, was nothing short of exceptional. They took the derelict house we bought, stripped it back to the facade and party walls, and transformed it into a beauty, with a new roof, modern insulation, underfloor heating and new bathrooms and kitchen, also adding a loft and side extension. They were excellent problem solvers; the staircase and fire suppression system were hugely challenging but they determinedly got these right and gave us a superb finish. They were punctual and tidy with great communication and attention to detail.

  Rendering of outhouse

  Ben and team were brilliant from start to finish, they provide a very competitive quote for rendering my outhouse, they also provided examples of their work and encouraged me to visit their other sites before I made any decision. They guided me with what was required and provided a accurate timeline for completion. The work has been done at a very high standard and I would recommend and use BNS again.

  Rear Extension, Complete Internal Refurb, Dilapidated property, New kitchen, New bathroom

  When you're spending so much on your house, the most essential item in your scope of work is peace of mind; from day one, that’s what I got from BNS. I am so grateful for how everything turned out. My project was a complete gut renovation, including an extension and all the finishes. BNS weren’t the cheapest, but they were worth every penny and much more. My project was completed ahead of schedule, and they saved me tens of thousands by making small but significant improvements to my design without compromising my vision. It was a good experience; I can't rate them high enough!!

  6m x 10m rear extension, double side extension, loft conversion and internal refurbishment

  We highly recommend BNS Construction for their reliability and experience. Our large, complex build (double side extension, rear extension, loft conversion) was handled excellently by Ben and Sophie, the husband-and-wife team. They went the extra mile, understanding the life-changing nature of our project, making it feel like they were building our family home with us.
