We had a new gate in April. Within 2 weeks it had warped so badly I was unable to close and bolt it without pushing my whole body weight against it. Upon contacting the company I was advised there were problems with the quality of wood due to the extreme weather but under the circumstances they would agree to replacing the gate! Gate No 2 was installed and within a fortnight we again had issues with closing it. Over 40 unanswered phone calls, emails and messages left by myself and my husband and we still haven’t been contacted. I have never experienced such appalling customer service.

Adam and his team have done a great job replacing our extensive boundary fencing and laying a new gravel driveway. They flexibly extended the work to include stump removal, paths and brickwork, landscaping and new gate posts - nothing seemed too much trouble. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and tidy. The long waiting list is definitely worth it and we won't hesitate to either use Bob Berry Fencing again or recommend their work.

The company attended and quoted for the replacement of a pair of 5 barred gates. The gates were ordered and fitted promptly. The Bob Berry employees very carefully hung the new gates to my total satisfaction. The gates have really spruced up the entrance to my drive. I am completely happy with the quality of the gates, the fitting and the price. I recommend Bob Berry Fencing for all your fencing needs.

Bob Berry fencing came and did the job they quoted for. The fencers came when they said they would and worked hard in tropical conditions. They tied up after themselves and were polite during the job.
