Review: BOC Mechanical and Electrical Services LTD My builder engaged Russell Belcher, director of the above with his previous company RJB and Sons Electrical Installation (now dissolved) who said I needed a re wire of my property. Started 3/5/2024 but not finished. I e left from May 25th with a light that I could not turn off until July 25 I chased Russell Belcher who promised to finish but did not. November 2024 I engaged another contractor to finish the job and issue the electrical certificate that was part of the agreement Russell Belcher owes £600 that he has not repaid
