  Okay ish

  Bit of a mixed review. Spent most of the time wondering if Ali knew what he was doing or not. I’d say he’s a plumber but not overly professional. He soaked our carpet whilst fixing our tank and no offer of insurance details etc. very chilled about the whole experience which was very stressful for me

  Friendly, knowledgeable plumber and 'down-to-earth' charges

  Ali was a very friendly and experienced plumber and was able to offer a better solution for our problem. He also offered to source all components required and completed the job very quickly. We've already requested his services for future projects.

  Installed a filter tap same day job was raised

  Installed a filter tap…The same tap Dyno plumber said he has never installed. Ali did the install in an hour He has wealth of experience where other plumbers were asking for photo he just asked straight questions and he could visualise it Job well done and not expensive either

  Just OK....

  Firstly I would like to say that Ali is a lovely chap, clear communication and response to the job. Came out on a Sunday initially to add a Hot water pressure pump. Didn't work. Came out again, had to pay more, different pump. Didn't work. Next step was a suggestion that he remove part of a plasterboard wall to move the pump. I drew the line at this and just called it a day. £280.00 (after a token £50 refund) out of pocket and no further than I started. I think if I had water flowing from a leak, yes I might use Boiler Assures, but it wasn't right for this particular job.

  Responded very quickly once I put the job up, communicated very clearly to me what was needed and how much it would cost before being booked in. Came to do the job very promptly, kept me updated with everything he was doing with the repair and why. Really good work and very nice gentleman as well!
