Woke up no heating or hot water. Error showing on boiler. Messaged Mick to get help. He came back immediately and talked me through procedure to hopefully fix problem. It worked! As I have come to expect from Mick, great service.

This is a follow up from my original review. Christmas evening my father had no heating or hot water, we were going there the next day and I text Mick to see if he would come out if I could not resolve the problem on the Wednesday when he returned to work. He responded within minutes to say he would go out that day and he was there by 12:30 and fixed the problem. I am so glad that we choose an independent trader as if it had been one of the big companies I do not think we would have got such great service

Installed a new Oil system. Was efficient, work carried out to exceptional standard.

Appointment arranged very quickly and I found Mick both professional and friendly. He was very thorough in his investigations and explained what he was doing and why. Reassured me as to my safety concerns for our 25+ year boiler and gave me practical options as not looking for a new boiler due to our house move in a few weeks. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and intend to use them to carry out a review of the heating system in our new property.

Outstanding response to requesting boiler to be repaired as lost heating and hot water arrived with new correct part needed fitted tested and checked boiler over for being safe .This man was kind ,considerate and very profesional in all his duties of care to the appliance and customer so glad we got an honest clean and efficiant boiler man as a result would highly recomend to any one and my trust has been repaired thanks to mick

Came out same evening as requested to reignite bolier after an gas hob installation earlier in the day by another workman, knocked out the flame. Excellent and timely work carried out by a very polite and professional gentleman, in a very short time. Thank you very much.
