Boiler replacement
Karl was amazing, he went through different boilers and explained everything I needed to know from cheap to expensive I ended up going with his suggestion which was mid range. Him and his worker was clean and polite, can’t suggest them enough to people we definitely use again

Glowworm Boiler and heating system
Engineer visited promptly in response to my emergency call when my boiler developed a fault. He investigated the fault, rectified it, and I was back up and running within an hour. Karl's vast experience and knowledge of boiler systems was very helpful in getting a speedy result.

Emergency bathroom repair of leak
Excellent service, came out immedialy to attend to a leaking tap, and carried out a regular heating service at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definately use again.

Installing combination boiler and one new radiator.
Karl and his team replaced my 30 year old boiler with a new Vaillant combination boiler and replaced a small radiator in the lounge with a new and larger one. They took out the old cylinder and the old water tanks in the loft. The work was completed in a day and everything was clean and tidy. The quote was competitive. Highly recommended.

Replaced stopcock and fitted a shower screen
Karl was recommended to me by a friend form whom he had done some work. He was quick to respond to messages, provided a very reasonable quote for the work and completed the work quickly doing a fantastic job.
